• Please check out till 10:00 am. 

• When you leave the building, please close the doors and windows, and make sure all electrical equipment is turned OFF.

• The apartment is fully equipped,  in case of a discrepancy or damage, the purchase cost of the missing or damaged assets must be paid. In case of any damage, please inform the apartment operator.

• All guests use the apartment and its equipment at their own risk.

• The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

• Our Guests may receive visitors only with the knowledge and consent of the apartment operator.

• Please refrain from any behavior or activity that disturbs the peace of others, regardless of the time of day, in the apartment and in the common areas.

• Please use all equipment as intended.

• The furnishings and equipment of the rooms, including towels and blankets, must not be taken out of the apartment.

• Additional extra daily cleaning can be requested for an extra fee.

• We provide a cot upon request.

• Please leave the VIP and key cards in the apartment when you leave. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that in case of loss of key and VIP cards belonging to the apartment, a fee of EUR 50 is payable per card.

• In the wellness area of ​​Naturmed Hotel Carbona **** sauna towels are available free of charge to our Dear Guests.

• For our adult guests, we provide bathrobes for the use of the wellness department of Naturmed Hotel Carbona ****.

• Please leave the bathrobes in the apartment upon departure. In case of their absence,  the purchase cost must be paid.

• When using VIP cards in the area of ​​Naturmed Hotel Carbona ****, the Guests are obliged to fully comply with the hotel policy. They are fully liable for damages caused by failure to do so.

• The costs of the consumption and the service used in Naturmed Hotel Carbona **** must be paid by the Guests immediately, to Naturmed Hotel Carbona ****.

• The trash can is located outside next to the entrance to the garage. 

Additional for Royal Homes and Helikon Terrace Apartments Guests

• Please pay extra attention to your own safety and the safety of others when you are on the balcony and in the stairwell.

• Use of the shared sun terrace, other shared areas and facilities is at your own risk.

• The jacuzzi in the 3rd building of the Royal Homes is open seasonally.
